Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy explains what information Allison Lloyd Productions, LLC (“I,” “me”) collects through alliclough.com, including the free Email Money Honey checkup at alliclough.com/email-checkup/ and emailmoneyhoney.com, which redirects there. It also explains how that information is used and the choices you have.

Questions or requests about your information: email alli@alliclough.com. I’m based in Florida, United States.

Last updated: October 1, 2026.

What information is collected

Information you give me:

  • Your name and email address when you sign up for emails, request your full gameplan in the Email Money Honey checkup, contact me, or buy a product or service
  • Anything you write in a contact form or email
  • Payment details when you buy something; these are handled by the checkout provider and never reach me in full

The Email Money Honey checkup:

  • The numbers you type into the checkup (revenue, open and click rates and similar dashboard figures) are processed in your browser to calculate your score. They are not saved under your name unless you sign up for your gameplan.
  • When you run the checkup with your own numbers, an anonymous record is saved so stores can be compared with each other: a random ID created by your browser, your industry, your score, your email type and your five vital scores. It contains no name, email or store name.
  • If you enter your name and email to get your full gameplan, your results (score, email type, estimated upside and recommended fixes) are saved with your email in my email platform so I can send you the gameplan and follow-up emails.
  • Your browser remembers a few settings on your own device (your random ID, whether you’ve already signed up, and which ad or link brought you there, for 30 days).

Information collected automatically:

  • Pages you visit, links you click, the device and browser you use, and the general location your IP address points to
  • If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign details in that link (for example utm_source=meta)

How it’s used

  • To send what you asked for: your gameplan, a 30-day retest reminder, a product you bought, or a reply to your message
  • To send email marketing tips and occasional offers, when you’ve agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe in any email)
  • To show stores how they compare with others in the checkup, using only the anonymous records described above
  • To understand which pages, ads and emails are useful, and to improve the site and the checkup
  • To show my ads on Facebook and Instagram to people likely to find them useful, and to measure whether those ads lead to sign-ups
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Cookies, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics

This site uses cookies and similar tools from two outside companies:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): records visits and actions such as running the checkup or signing up, so I can measure and improve my Facebook and Instagram ads. When you sign up, your email address and first name are converted into a scrambled code (a SHA-256 hash) in your browser before being sent to Meta, both from your browser and from my server (Meta’s Conversions API). Meta uses this to match the sign-up to an account without receiving your email in readable form.
  • Google Analytics (Google): records how people use the site, such as pages viewed and time on page.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. To limit ad tracking, see “Your choices and rights” below.

Who it’s shared with

I don’t sell your personal information. I share it only with the services that run this site and my business, and only what each one needs:

ServiceWhat it doesWhat it receives
KlaviyoSends my emailsName, email, checkup results if you request your gameplan, email activity
Google (Analytics, Sheets)Site analytics; stores the anonymous checkup recordsUsage data; anonymous scores with no name or email
Meta (Facebook, Instagram)Ad measurement and deliverySite activity; hashed email and first name when you sign up
ThriveCartCheckout for purchasesName, email, payment details
SiteGroundHosts alliclough.comStandard server logs

I may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold, under this same policy.

Under some US state laws, using the Meta Pixel for advertising can count as “sharing” personal information. You can opt out at any time, as described below.

Your choices and rights

  • Stop emails: click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email, or email me.
  • See, correct or delete your information: email alli@alliclough.com and I’ll respond within 30 days. Deleting your information also removes your checkup results saved with your email.
  • Opt out of ad tracking: email me with the subject “Do not share,” turn on your browser’s Global Privacy Control setting, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Google offers an opt-out for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Cookies: block or clear them in your browser settings.

If you’re in the EU or UK, you can also object to or restrict how your information is used, ask for a copy in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. I rely on your consent for marketing emails and ad cookies, and on my legitimate interest in running and improving the site for basic analytics.

If you’re in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what I collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sharing for advertising. I won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Keeping it safe, how long, and changes

  • How long: email subscriber information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Anonymous checkup records are kept to keep the store comparisons accurate.
  • Security: information is stored with the services listed above, each of which uses industry-standard security. No system is perfectly secure, so I collect only what I need.
  • Children: this site is for business owners and isn’t directed at anyone under 16. I don’t knowingly collect information from children.
  • Changes: if this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Big changes will also be emailed to subscribers.
